The Estate Plan was founded by Henry Abts, III from his own personal experience of suffering through an unnecessary probate. He stated, “I started The Estate Plan over a quarter-century ago after the death of my father. No one should have to go through the pain and agony of probate like my mother had to suffer.” After working with thousands of clients he wrote The Living Trust book which sold over 1 million copies and became the “bible of the industry.”
